This course is specifically designed for acupuncturists and their risk management when performing clinical services for Medicare patients and standards for documenting the clinical record of the patient. The purpose of this seminar is to effectively update the standards of chart documentation and protocols in the acupuncturists clinical setting as defined by CMS for continuity of patient care.
