.5A2: not elsewhere classified, back, lumbosacral
.5A9: not elsewhere classified, back, unspecified
Remember, for any dates of service on or after October 1st, 2022 the new codes must be used and American Acupuncture Council Network (AACN) has a list of the complete code updates.
